Parent Resources You Will Want to Save

Let’s talk about where to go to learn about things pertaining to kids. As a parent to 3 young daughters, it can get frustrating trying to find the right place to go, the right movie to watch that I feel confident letting my 4 year old watch, the right healthy snack that they will eat with a smile, the right activities to do as a family, fun things in the community, great parks, etc. With such a flood of information on the internet these days, it can get tricky trying to navigate your way through it all.

Healthy Toddler Meal Ideas

I don’t know about you, but my toddler has become a picky eater these days and it drives me CRAZY! She doesn’t like veggies, won’t eat meat, and wants to snack all day long. What is a desperate momma to do? I will tell ya! Head to the internet and grab some ideas on how to stop your picky eater from turning his/her nose up at everything they are offered, that’s what!

Healthy Toddler Snacks

The thing about it is, I don’t have time to make gourmet meals daily and when I do, she doesn’t eat them anyways. So…what is a momma to do? Healthy Toddler Dinner Ideas

As a health and fitness coach, one of my biggest questions is how I get my toddler and children to eat what I eat at dinnertime. I have written them in order from the most popular to the least.

Healthy Snacks That Will Make Your Child’s Mouth Water

As a parent, I am continuously managing what is going into my children’s mouths. As toddlers, it is inedible objects and the fear of choking. As they grow a bit older, it becomes sugar, candy and sweets galore. I am very health conscious and try to teach my kids the importance of feeding our bodies right but I am also aware that they are kids and want to splurge a bit at times (like us all right?). So how do you, as a parent, find a balance? I have spent HOURS creating a repertoire of recipes my kids will enjoy and feel like they are getting their “sweets” fix…minus the bad sweets. The list of recipes goes from the most popular in my household to the least popular but still tolerable. LOL
